The Petfood Warehouse is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
The Petfood Warehouse offers FREE Local Delivery on ALL products throughout the Illawarra from Helensburgh to Gerringong for orders over $89.99 This delivery service is provided by The Petfood Warehouse and not by a freight company. All orders will be delivered to the front door of the premises.
For local orders under $89.99 we offer delivery for $14.99
For orders outside the local delivery area The Petfood Warehouse will send products via Australia Post,, Interparcel or Local Freight Company. Delivery Fee $16.99. The Petfood Warehouse currently does not deliver to WA or TAS. Due to weight & freight costs, some products are restricted to deliveries within our local delivery area only and you will not be able to process your sale if they have been selected in your cart.
We also off a Click & Collect service, where products are usually ready for collection 2 hours after purchase. Products are available for pick with in the stores usual trading hours, 7 days a week. If you need your order urgently, please contact our store directly on 0242751112.
The Petfood Warehouse makes every effort to deliver your product to the estimated delivery times provided. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Public Holidays.
Estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at john@thepetfoodwarehouse.com.au

Local orders are delivered by The Petfood Warehouse. All other order will be dispatched within 3 business days and delivery estimated between 1-7 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia.
